- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
- ½ cucumber sliced
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ green apple cored and chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- ½ inch fresh ginger peeled
- 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
- Ice cubes optional
Prepare the ingredients by washing the spinach, cucumber, and apple. Peel the ginger and lemon.
Blend the greens first. Add spinach (or kale) to the bottom of your blender.
Add fruits and veggies: cucumber, green apple, pineapple, and ginger.
Squeeze in the lemon juice for extra zest and detox benefits.
